The Village Refillery
Owner Lauren Wenderoth said The Village Refillery sells locally made refillable bath and body products with ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients. She described the opening-day crowd as larger than she expected. Wenderoth also said the site is convenient for parents because it is across the road from Corrales K-8 School; that is her perspective, not independently measured evidence about customer behavior.

Moonflower Botanicals
Founded by Yulissa Arce about eight months before the September 2026 report, Moonflower Botanicals carries cut flowers, natural herbicides, plant-themed books, and gifts. Arce, identified in the report as a Master Gardener, said she hopes to offer workshops at The Station in the future. She described the fit with the destination this way: “It just felt like a really good fit for the type of business I want to run,” and said she liked its focus on creating a good space for families.
The Enchanted Boxcar
Candace Swindle founded The Enchanted Boxcar, a toy shop located inside a renovated 19th-century railroad boxcar. The shop specializes in durable wooden toys and also sells children’s books, costumes, and construction sets. Swindle said she chose items that “sparks the imagination, let kids just play.” The Station also has a playground area.

The Stationary
The Stationary was among the first tenants celebrated at the September 19 opening. The September 29 report names the shop but does not describe its merchandise or services.
Why did the founders create a family-oriented destination?
Cailyn Kilcup, one of The Station’s main founders, said her family wanted to make a “love letter” to Corrales. She said the site’s proximity to the school meant they would not get a liquor license, a consideration that helped shape the family-friendly project. The report does not provide permit records or independent confirmation of that licensing explanation.

Kilcup also said the family wanted to address a shortage of places for young children beyond parks. That goal is reflected in the combination of children’s retail, a playground area, and independent shops. These are the founders’ stated motivations, not an independently measured account of local demand.
