Measure your wall or furniture first, then compare the dimensions, orientation and mounting requirements.

Which mirror fits your room?
For a dresser or small vanity: IKORNNES
At 10 5/8 × 15 3/4 in, IKORNNES is the compact choice for a tabletop rather than a full wall. Set it on a dresser or chest of drawers, or hang it on a wall. In the wall-mounted setup, the stand doubles as a place to hang scarves or ties. IKEA names Ola Wihlborg as its designer.

HOVET is the largest option here: its 77 1/8-inch height supports a head-to-toe view when hung vertically. IKEA also describes horizontal hanging as a way to create an illusion of more space. The mirror may lean against the floor only if anchored with the included fittings; it must be mounted on the wall in a bathroom.

NISSEDAL is a smaller framed alternative at 59 inches tall in the listed white US version. It can hang vertically or horizontally, and IKEA’s page lists smaller size options as well. Compare the available dimensions with the person who will use it and the wall space before choosing.
For choice of frame size or color: NYPONBUSKE
The black version listed measures 25 5/8 × 53 1/8 inches. IKEA describes NYPONBUSKE as available in three sizes and two colors, making it a useful option when you want a rectangular wall mirror but need to match a particular space or finish. It hangs vertically or horizontally.

Check mounting before you buy
Mirror weight, wall construction and the manufacturer’s fixing instructions matter as much as the screw count. IKEA’s listings specify different requirements for these models; they are not interchangeable assumptions. Confirm the current assembly guide and select fasteners that suit your wall material. If you are unsure about the wall or the mirror’s load, get installation advice before mounting.

IKEA states on its LÄRBRO page: “Since 2009, IKEA has had a total ban on using lead or mercury in our mirrors. Instead, silver or aluminium is used to reflect your mirror image.” This is IKEA’s statement about its mirrors, not a claim about mirrors generally. IKEA Saudi Arabia: LÄRBRO mirror.
