They are a curated selection, not Harbor Freight’s official ranking; its 2025 collection lists 279 items (Harbor Freight’s Tools of 2025 collection).
What are the new Harbor Freight tools for 2025?
The three products below stand out for construction and shop work, but they are not substitutes for one another. Harbor Freight’s releases provide manufacturer-stated features and specifications, not independent test results. Availability and package details can change; check the current product listing and manual before buying.

BAUER Benchtop Router Table: a compact option for controlled routing
A router table can make repeated edge profiles and other controlled cuts easier to manage than guiding a handheld router along each workpiece. Harbor Freight announced this benchtop model on June 30, 2025, describing it as compatible with most major router brands, including HERCULES, BAUER, and DRILL MASTER.
Features Harbor Freight lists
- 32-by-16-inch laminated MDF table surface
- Adjustable fence, miter-gauge slot, and featherboards
- Vacuum port for 1-1/4-inch or 2-1/2-inch attachments
- Five throat-plate sizes
- Steel legs designed to clamp to a work surface
These are specifications from Harbor Freight’s product announcement, not independent measurements. The company identifies the table as exclusive to Harbor Freight.

Is the BAUER router table compatible with other routers?
Harbor Freight says it works with most major router brands, but that wording is not a guarantee that every router, base, bit, or setup will fit or operate correctly. Check the current manual and listing for mounting and setup requirements before purchase. The table’s stated brand compatibility does not mean the BAUER model is sold through other retailers.
HERCULES rear-handle circular saw: cordless capacity for lumber cuts
The HERCULES model is a 20V brushless, cordless, 7-1/4-inch rear-handle saw described as worm-drive-style. Harbor Freight lists a maximum cutting capacity of 2-1/2 inches, making it a candidate to consider for framing and general lumber or sheet-material cutting where a rear-handle layout suits the user’s workflow.

Listed features and the cuts-per-charge claim

- Harbor Freight says it can make up to 725 cuts per charge with a 12 Ah battery
The 725 figure is a manufacturer-reported maximum, not an independently verified runtime or a guarantee for a particular job. Actual results depend on cutting conditions and use. Harbor Freight’s release describes the saw as available only at Harbor Freight; it does not establish whether a battery or charger is included in any current package. Confirm package contents on the live listing.
What to check before choosing a rear-handle saw
Compare the battery ecosystem you already use, blade-side visibility for your cutting stance, capacity, weight, and whether the package includes a battery and charger. The release does not provide enough current purchasing detail to settle those comparisons, so verify them against the listing for the exact configuration.

HERCULES flathead grinder: a design aimed at tighter access
Harbor Freight introduced this 20V brushless cordless paddle-switch grinder at SEMA on November 6, 2025. Its release says the lower-profile flathead is intended to reach tight spaces and bring the disc closer to the work surface than an angle-head grinder. That design could be relevant for metalworkers doing surface preparation where head clearance is a constraint.
Announced specifications and availability
- All-metal gearbox and electric brake
- Paddle switch with lock-on
- Push-button speed control from 3,000 to 11,000 RPM
- Grinding, cutting, and shaping applications
The company said the grinder would be available in stores and online the following summer, exclusively at Harbor Freight. That was a future availability plan in the November 2025 announcement, not confirmation that the model subsequently launched or is in stock. Check Harbor Freight’s current listing before treating it as purchasable. The announcement does not establish independent speed or durability testing.

What to compare for confined-space grinding
Check head profile and clearance against the work, speed range, brake, compatibility with your HERCULES battery platform, and the accessories approved for the specific model. Do not assume that a disc or accessory fits solely because it suits another grinder.
