There is not enough reliable, comparable information to rank three Dr. Phil homes by current worth. The available reporting does link him to a 2020 Preston Hollow acquisition and a Beverly Crest home that was listed that same year, but it does not establish three current residences with verified present-day values. Here is what can be said about each property—and what the reported figures do and do not mean.
Can Dr. Phil’s homes be ranked by current worth?
Not responsibly from the available public reporting. A defensible ranking would require verified identification and ownership status for three properties, plus current valuations measured on a comparable basis. The sources do not establish that set.
Property figures also describe different things. A purchase price records a past transaction; a listing price is an asking price; a tax assessment is for taxation; and an estimated market value is a model or opinion. They are not interchangeable, and none should be presented as a current value without evidence supporting that claim.
1. Preston Hollow estate, Dallas
Candy’s Dirt reported on October 12, 2020, that Dr. Phil acquired an estate on Deloache Avenue in Dallas’s Preston Hollow neighborhood, describing the purchase in connection with a move back to Texas. The report establishes a dated acquisition account, not a present-day appraisal or proof of current ownership. It does not supply a sufficiently verified current market value for ranking the estate today. Read the acquisition report.

2. Beverly Crest home, Los Angeles
Complex reported in January 2020 that a Los Angeles-area home associated with Dr. Phil in Beverly Crest had come onto the market. The available reporting does not establish its asking price, final sale price, or present ownership. It should therefore be described as a former home unless current ownership is independently confirmed. Even if a listing price is found, it would reflect the seller’s asking price at that time—not necessarily the final sale price or the home’s value now. Read Complex’s report on the listing.
3. A second Texas property described in portfolio coverage
A 2025 realestate.com.au article describes a portfolio spanning Texas and California and reports a Dallas-area home larger than 14,719 square feet. Its acquisition and price wording is not consistent enough with other coverage to treat the property’s ownership history or value as settled. The reported size is a descriptive detail, not a valuation, and the available evidence does not clearly establish this as a third currently owned residence with a comparable current price. Read the portfolio overview.

Why published portfolio totals do not settle the ranking
Some coverage packages multiple homes into a headline portfolio total, but that does not show that every property is currently owned by Dr. Phil or that each has been valued on the same basis. MansionFreak’s 2026 overview includes approximate estimates that conflict with other reporting and are not independently confirmed here. It also discusses a Beverly Hills property associated with his son Jordan McGraw, which should not be counted as Dr. Phil’s residence without evidence of his ownership. See MansionFreak’s overview.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What would be needed for a reliable current ranking?
- Confirm the identity of each property and whether Dr. Phil currently owns it.
- Use a consistent valuation date and method across all three properties.
- Label each figure accurately as a transaction price, listing price, tax assessment, or estimate.
- Verify ownership through appropriate property records rather than inferring it from an article’s portfolio description.
For Texas properties, the Harris County Clerk provides a public real-property records portal, but it warns that its online database may not contain a complete or unaltered official record. A search also depends on accurate owner and legal-description details. Harris County Clerk public records.
