What it is

Billdr is an iOS invoicing and job management app for Australian tradies. Its job cards can keep customer details, site address, labor and materials costs, GST, notes and job status together. Users can send a PDF quote and turn a job into an invoice in one tap. The app calculates Australian GST at 10% and supports ABN fields on invoices; invoices can also carry Stripe payment links for card payments. Revenue reports show monthly revenue, outstanding invoices, a six-month trend and jobs by status. Billdr has a free plan with up to three jobs, PDF invoice generation, GST calculation, revenue reports and cloud backup and sync. Pro allows unlimited jobs and adds PDF quotes and invoices, Stripe links, reports and trends, cloud backup and sync, and multi-device access. Pro costs 14.99 AUD per month or 119.99 AUD per year. The seven-day trial is available for Pro. The app is designed as a standalone tool and does not currently integrate with Xero or MYOB. Free-tier job and customer data stays on the device, while Pro data is stored in cloud storage.
