In Bravo’s later room-by-room tour, Jayne shows how designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard helped renovate and decorate the home—and calls the living room “the sexiest room in this house.”
Which home does Erika Jayne show?
The tour features Jayne’s Los Angeles bungalow. Earlier Bravo coverage describes it as a 1920s Spanish-style home she moved into after leaving the Pasadena house she shared with her former husband. The available tour coverage does not establish an exact address, so the home is best identified by its city rather than a more specific location.

Designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard helped renovate and decorate the bungalow. Jayne says the renovation was completed on a smaller budget than she had in the past, and she describes the result as “all mine.” The coverage does not report a renovation cost or itemized scope of work.
What does the living room look like?
The living room is organized around a fireplace with a neutral mantle. Beige couches and chairs, a plush white rug, animal-print accents, plants and gold accessories keep the palette soft while adding texture. A wall of mirrors is a prominent feature: Jayne says it makes the room feel larger, brighter and more glamorous.

The supplied headline’s “Video (Exclusive)” framing points to an earlier PEOPLE “Hollywood at Home” feature; a June 2, 2025 Yahoo syndication result describes the home’s inspiration as “1920s glamour.” That result is not an independently verified source for the details above. The room-by-room details here come from Bravo coverage published from March 2024 through January 2026, so that later tour should not be mistaken for the original video’s publication date.
