- Look for explicit “retractable cord” wording on the exact model page or in its manual; “cord storage” by itself may mean a wrap or winder.
- Match the model number exactly. Similar-looking versions can have different features or regional specifications.
- Confirm retailer stock, voltage, warranty, and return terms for your country immediately before ordering.
What about Oster and older Hamilton Beach models?
Oster: the official answers conflict
Oster’s official product-page Q&A includes a May 2025 support reply naming three supposed retractable-cord options, including a 3905 four-slice toaster and two two-slice descriptions. A later answer, published July 2, 2026, says Oster’s current lineup does not have a retractable-cord toaster. Since those statements conflict, do not assume Oster currently sells one unless a current model page or retailer listing confirms the exact appliance and feature.
