Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s former home is a duplex penthouse at 443 Greenwich Street in Tribeca, Manhattan. Mansion Global reported an asking price of $39.995 million on September 16, 2025; a February 2026 report also described it as listed for about $40 million. Those reports do not verify that it is still for sale or that the asking price is unchanged as of October 8, 2026.
What the reported $40 million price refers to
The property is penthouse PHG, a duplex in the converted factory building at 443 Greenwich Street. The roughly $40 million figure is a reported asking price, not a confirmed sale price or a current valuation. Mansion Global reported the $39.995 million ask in September 2025, and LA NACION described the home as back on the market for approximately US$40 million in February 2026. Neither report establishes its listing status today.
Ownership and price timeline
| Date | Reported event | Price and context |
|---|---|---|
| 2017 | Timberlake and Biel acquired the penthouse. | About $20.18 million, according to Mansion Global’s September 2025 report. |
| 2021 | The couple sold the penthouse. | $29 million, according to Mansion Global. The Real Deal reported in March 2022 that it was offered again for $35 million two months after the January sale. |
| September 16, 2025 | Mansion Global reported a new asking price. | $39.995 million; an asking price, not a completed transaction. |
| February 8, 2026 | LA NACION described the home as back on the market. | Approximately US$40 million; the report does not establish its status after publication. |
The $29 million figure is a reported 2021 sale; the later figures are asking prices. Comparing them does not establish the penthouse’s present value, whether the later asking prices were achieved, or a realized gain for its current owner. The cited coverage does not include an appraisal or comparable-sales analysis.
Inside the duplex and its terrace
Mansion Global’s listing coverage describes approximately 5,300 square feet of interior space and a 2,646-square-foot wraparound terrace. Those are separate areas: the terrace is substantial outdoor space, not additional interior square footage. The report’s images and captions show an open-plan living area, kitchen and bedrooms, as well as a southern patio view toward the Freedom Tower.

A converted factory in Tribeca
The building is an eight-story, 53-residence condominium converted from a 19th-century bookbinding factory. The penthouse is one of eight units at the top of the building. That industrial history and the duplex’s outdoor area help explain what distinguishes the home’s layout and setting; the available reporting does not establish how those features compare in value with other Tribeca properties.
