Confirm the certification label, warranty terms, clearances, and full installation requirements for the exact unit you purchase.
Before planning a stack or side-by-side installation
- Measure the full installation area, including depth and height clearances specified in the installation documentation.
- Check the route through doors, hallways, and stairs so both appliances can reach the laundry area.
- Verify that the dryer’s 240 V supply and other site requirements are available.
- Confirm the stacking bracket, installation instructions, current warranty, and exact model numbers with the seller and manufacturer.
4.5 cu. ft. smart top-load washer
Midea’s US product page describes a 4.5 cu. ft. top-load washer with impeller wash action, 10 wash cycles, a soft-close lid, app-based cycle status, and dimensions of 27 in. wide × 28.5 in. deep × 44.2 in. high. That larger stated capacity may suit shoppers who want top-load access, but it does not by itself establish how well the washer fits a particular household’s loads.

There is a material identifier discrepancy: the page headline names MLTW45M4BWW, while the specifications identify MLTW45N4BWW. Do not assume those identifiers refer to the same SKU. Match the model number on the current retailer listing and the appliance nameplate before ordering. Details appear on Midea’s 4.5 cu. ft. washer page and its model-specific listing.
Is the Midea all-in-one combo available?
Midea’s page for the MLC27N3AWW describes a 2.7 cu. ft. all-in-one washer and dryer, including an overnight wash-and-dry option, but it also states, “This product is no longer available.” Treat the page as historical product information, not confirmation that the model is currently for sale. The availability statement applies specifically to the MLC27N3AWW product page; current stock or a replacement is not established there.
