The right gutter-cleaning attachment is the one documented to fit your exact blower—not simply the one labeled “universal.” Check the blower model and outlet size first, then compare the manufacturer-stated reach and follow the attachment and blower manuals. How to choose a kit that fits

- Assess reach at your home. Treat a published reach as a manufacturer specification. Roofline height, gutter position and the need to stand safely affect whether the nozzle can reach the work area from a suitable position.
- Read both manuals before use. Use the attachment instructions alongside the blower operator manual, including the blower’s safety requirements.
What reach specifications can—and cannot—tell you
WORX lists an 11-foot reach for both WA4096 and WA4094. WA4094 is also described as having an 8-foot tube. These figures describe the products; they do not guarantee a particular working height, cleaning result or safe position at every house. ECHO’s manual says, “Individual conditions will vary when using this attachment,” and advises users to find an effective position for their house and work conditions.
Safety and practical limits
WORX recommends safety eyewear, gloves, appropriate shoes and clothing, and tying back long hair. Follow the specific blower’s operator manual and the attachment manual rather than treating ground-based operation as risk-free. Consider where loosened debris may fall and whether your position remains stable and clear of hazards.
