Sean “Diddy” Combs’s Holmby Hills mansion was taken off the market on Dec. 24, 2025, according to Realtor.com. The property had been listed for $61.5 million in September 2024. The report describes a delisting—not a sale—and says the reason for the withdrawal was unclear.
What happened to the mansion listing?
Realtor.com reported on Dec. 30, 2025, that property records showed the Los Angeles home had been removed from the market on Dec. 24. The report did not establish whether Combs sold the property privately, plans to relist it, or has another use in mind. None of those outcomes should be inferred from a withdrawn listing alone.
The home was listed at $61.5 million in September 2024, according to Realtor.com. That is the asking price reported for this particular property, not a confirmed sale price or a broader measure of Los Angeles home values. Realtor.com’s Dec. 30, 2025 report said the reason for the delisting was unclear and that it had contacted a Combs spokesperson.
Where is the property, and what does it include?
The estate is in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles. Realtor.com describes it as approximately 17,000 square feet, with 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Combs bought the home for $39 million in 2014, the publication reported; the $61.5 million figure was its later asking price.

The listing agent was celebrity real-estate agent Kurt Rappaport. The listing description, reproduced by Realtor.com, highlighted lawns, mature trees, formal gardens, a pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, a spa house, and an outdoor covered loggia with a barbecue, bar, and pizza oven. Those are details from the property’s marketing copy, not an independent inspection of the home.

Realtor.com reported that Homeland Security agents raided the property in March 2024, months before it was listed. That timeline provides context for the home’s public history, but it does not establish why the listing was later withdrawn.

In its July 2, 2025 verdict report, the Associated Press said a jury acquitted Combs of racketeering conspiracy and sex-trafficking charges and convicted him on prostitution offenses. Realtor.com later reported that he received a 50-month sentence and a $500,000 fine. These are distinct outcomes; the verdict should not be described as a conviction for sex trafficking. A final forfeiture order dated Aug. 4, 2026 lists electronic devices and storage media seized from a Los Angeles address. The cited exhibit does not identify the Holmby Hills residence as forfeited, so the order is not evidence that the mansion was seized. United States v. Combs, final forfeiture order.

That was an agent’s general assessment, not a judicial ruling about this property or its proceeds.
