Traded records a December 10, 2025 closing at $17.2 million, while Realtor.com reports a $17.27 million sale and identifies Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo as the buyers. The published figures differ by $70,000, and neither amount is independently verified here against public deed records.
What property did Oprah Winfrey sell?
The sale concerned 1690 San Leandro Lane, a single-family property in Montecito, California, associated with Winfrey’s wider estate. It was a separate property—not a report that she sold her entire principal estate. Traded’s deal record describes the parcel as four acres, with a 3,500-square-foot main house, multiple guest structures and equestrian facilities. Realtor.com describes the residence as Spanish-style and notes that actor Jeff Bridges previously owned it.
How much did the Montecito property sell for?
The reports publish different amounts. Traded records a $17.2 million sale; Realtor.com reports $17.27 million. The $70,000 discrepancy is present in the published accounts, so the figures should be attributed to their respective sources rather than treated as a single deed-verified price.
| Reported figure | Source and qualification |
|---|---|
| $17.2 million | Traded’s reported sale amount for 1690 San Leandro Lane. |
| $17.27 million | Realtor.com’s reported sale amount. |
Who bought it, and when did the sale close?
Traded gives the closing date as December 10, 2025. Realtor.com identifies the buyers as musician Adam Levine and model Behati Prinsloo. Both outlets describe the transaction as off-market.

What was the property’s purchase history?
Winfrey reportedly bought the property from Jeff Bridges in 2019 for $6.85 million, according to both Realtor.com and Traded. Comparing that reported purchase price with Traded’s $17.2 million sale figure gives a difference of about $10.35 million. That is only a gross price comparison—not verified profit or net proceeds after renovation costs, taxes, transaction fees or other expenses.
