The reported later ask was $9.5 million below the original ask. Neither listing figure establishes what a buyer might pay, and the reported difference between the 2020 purchase price and the original ask is not a realized profit. No verified sale is established by the cited coverage.

Realtor.com described the property as a 15,320-square-foot estate with seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. Its coverage, drawing on the listing description, highlights security and extensive indoor-outdoor amenities:

The listing language quoted by Realtor.com also calls it “a lifestyle that requires no exit” and describes the property as “a rare opportunity to acquire a pedigreed property defined by absolute privacy and timeless design.” Realtor.com does not identify the author of those words, so they should be understood as listing copy rather than a direct statement by Jenner.
Is this the same property as Jenner’s Hidden Hills project?
No. This listing concerns the Holmby Hills estate. Jenner’s separate Hidden Hills project has been described as a planned home of about 18,000 square feet on land she reportedly bought for $14.5 million in 2020. Mansion Global covered that project. Its size and land-purchase figure are not details of the Holmby Hills home.
