On March 31, 2026, Mansion Global reported that the ask had been reduced by $1 million to $10.995 million. The available reporting does not establish the property’s price or listing status as of October 8, 2026.
What the reported listing includes
The estate is on the Brawley Peninsula in Mooresville, along Lake Norman. Mansion Global reported 33.6 acres, a private dock and grounds that reach the lake. Its March 2026 report specifically described the house as not directly fronting the water, so “lakefront” is best understood as referring to the property’s access to the lake rather than the home sitting on the shoreline.
The same report gives the house as 8,774 square feet, with five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. Those are reported listing particulars, not an independent measurement.
How the asking price changed
| Date | Reported asking price | What the figure means |
|---|---|---|
| August 2025 | $12 million | Launch asking price reported by The Charlotte Observer and Mansion Global. |
| March 31, 2026 | $10.995 million | Mansion Global reported a $1 million reduction, bringing the ask to this amount: price-cut report. |
| October 8, 2026 | Not verified | The available reporting does not establish a current asking price or whether the property remains listed, is under contract, has sold or has been withdrawn. |
House design and reported amenities
The Charlotte Observer’s August 2025 coverage describes a traditional red-brick custom home completed in 2015, designed by Charlotte architect Harry Schrader and built by Arcadia Homes. The March 2026 listing report names a saltwater pool, artificial turf, fire pit, detached pool house, stone patio with built-in barbecue, wine cellar and private dock among the property’s features. These are details reported with the listing; they should not be read as confirmation of what is included in any later sale or current listing.

What is known about the location
In comments reported by Mansion Global in August 2025, listing agent Josh Tucker described the east side of Lake Norman as having “much better infrastructure” and called Cornelius and Mooresville the lake’s “most desired” towns. Tucker also said homes on the Brawley Peninsula usually have an acre or less. These are the agent’s views, not an independent market study. The 2025 coverage said the estate was tied for Mooresville’s most expensive listing at that time; that dated observation does not establish its current rank.
