Muraba Veil is a planned residential skyscraper in Dubai with a proposed height of 380 metres and a width of 22.5 metres. Arup lists 131 units across 73 storeys; Gulf News reports that each apartment is designed to span the building’s full width. “One apartment wide” describes its narrow form and reported layout—not a tower with only one apartment. What “one apartment wide” means
Gulf News says each apartment will extend across the building’s width. That is a description of the planned residence layout, not confirmation that every floor has an identical floor plan. Arup’s published project specifications give the tower a width of 22.5 metres, a height of 380 metres, and 131 units over 73 storeys.
The phrase does not mean the building contains just one apartment. The stated total is 131 units. The available sources do not provide a floor-by-floor plan or independently verify how the layout varies between levels.
Who is designing and advising on the project?
Muraba Properties is the client. Gulf News identifies RCR Arquitectes as the design firm. Arup says it has advised Muraba Properties, RCR Arquitectes and WSP since the concept phase, with work spanning technical design, materials, engineering and feasibility. Arup also describes its team as working with RCR Arquitectes on structural details, materials and construction methods.

How the design addresses Dubai’s conditions
Arup describes several planned measures intended to respond to the site and climate:
- Sun protection: An external mesh and deep balconies are intended to protect occupants from direct solar radiation.
- Traffic noise: Arup identifies nearby Sheikh Zayed Road as a noise source and describes acoustic insulation work.
- Desert climate: The design work includes adaptations for the local climate.
These are design intentions and advisory work, not measured results from a completed building. The cited project information does not report post-occupancy performance.

Construction status, target date and reported price
In an article last updated on 7 November 2025, Gulf News reported that construction was underway, completion was targeted for December 2028, and apartments started at Dh18 million. Those are dated media-reported claims: the completion date is a target, and the reported starting price is not a verified current sales quote.
