Vas and Danielle Spaseski listed their partly built Waterman’s Bay property in June 2025, with offers due before 11 June and no price guide reported. The listing was a historical event: the available report does not establish whether the property later sold or for how much.

What was listed—and when

PerthNow reported on 8 June 2025 that Vas Spaseski and his wife, Danielle, had listed the property in Waterman’s Bay, Western Australia. Offers were due before 11 June 2025. The report said the listing did not include a price guide. Those dates describe the 2025 listing, not its present status. PerthNow’s report does not confirm a later sale, final price or profit.

What had been built

The couple reportedly bought the original property for $1.675 million more than 11 years before the June 2025 report. They rented it for a period, then demolished it. A building permit for a luxury two-storey home on the 1,022-square-metre block was obtained in 2021.

PerthNow described four years of work as including earthworks, a 10-car undercroft garage and a pool. The approved design was for a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with two powder rooms. The report also noted ocean views and views of Norfolk pines.

How the property relates to Inspired Homes’ collapse

PerthNow reported that Inspired Property Group collapsed in April 2025. The same report said liquidators McGrathNichol confirmed the Waterman’s Bay property, together with 13 others held by related parties of Vas Spaseski through a corporate structure, was not part of the liquidation process. That distinction matters: the report did not describe this listed property as an asset in the company liquidation.

Separate figures reported by PerthNow concerned claims against the collapsed company, not the value or sale outcome of the Waterman’s Bay property:

  • Auditors had tallied $35 million in claims against Inspired Homes, including an $800,000 claim from the builder.
  • Former customers claimed they were $12 million to $19 million out of pocket after construction delays. This was a reported range of customer claims, not a verified final loss or payment amount.

The figures and liquidation context were reported by PerthNow. They should not be read as establishing a final judgment or what, if anything, the Spaseskis received for their property.
