Constance Hall listed her Margaret River home in April 2025. It was later reported sold in June for A$1,190,000, according to a View.com.au roundup; that figure is a later secondary report, not an official settlement record verified here.
What happened to Constance Hall’s Margaret River home?
Hall put the property on the market in April 2025. PerthNow described it as a three-level house with six bedrooms and two bathrooms, set among tall gum trees. In July, realestate.com.au reported that it was under offer after being listed since April, and said the sale price had not been disclosed ahead of settlement.
A later View.com.au roundup reports that the home sold in June 2025 for A$1,190,000. The earlier realestate.com.au report gives the original asking price as A$1.295 million. These are different figures: the first is a later-reported sale price, while the second is the reported asking price.
What was the house like?
PerthNow’s listing coverage described a galley-style kitchen with a living herb garden, colorful tiling and murals. It also noted a master bedroom with a jacuzzi bath overlooking the treetops, and views of the surrounding forest. These are details reported in the property coverage, rather than an independent inspection.

Hall described the home as a place to unwind. PerthNow quoted her saying, “The house is breathtaking and that never wore off.” She also reflected on the change after leaving: “You feel it every single day. I’ve had to get used to different stress levels while living in Perth because I don’t have that forest to unwind in every day.” Her comments describe her personal experience, not a measured health effect of forest air.
Why was Hall selling?
PerthNow reported that Hall had moved back to Perth after her partner Denim’s motorcycle accident, partly so her mother could help with the children. Hall described leaving the property as bittersweet. PerthNow also said the sale was unrelated to the voluntary administration of her fashion label; the coverage does not establish another motive.
