The Dreame H13 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum is a cordless roller-based cleaner for hard floors that washes its own roller and then dries it with hot air. That cycle can reduce hands-on roller care, but it does not make the appliance maintenance-free: you still need to empty and clean its used-water tank and attend to the filter and other components. Dreame lists up to 40 minutes of runtime, 900 ml clean-water capacity and 700 ml used-water capacity; these are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results.
What the Dreame H13 Pro is designed to clean
The H13 Pro is a wet-and-dry floor cleaner that uses a rotating roller to clean hard floors. Dreame Georgia explicitly lists carpet cleaning as unsupported, so this is not a carpet cleaner or a substitute for a vacuum designed for carpet.
For a home with hard flooring, its appeal is combining floor washing with a roller-cleaning cycle on the charging base. The dual-edge brush is intended to reach along edges, while automatic dirt detection is designed to adjust suction to the detected dirt. Those are manufacturer-described features, not independently verified performance findings.
What “self-cleaning” includes—and what it does not
Dreame describes a roller wash using a PTC heating system, followed by hot-air drying. During washing, the roller turns in both directions; a scraper is described as removing water and dirt, and reverse rotation is intended to move hair toward the used-water tank. A comb-tooth scraper is also intended to reduce hair tangling.

Dreame states that the brush-wash system can reach a maximum of 60°C under its lab conditions. The company cautions that actual water temperature and cleaning performance may vary. Its 30-minute hot-air-drying claim is based on tests at 20–25°C and 45% relative humidity; Dreame says actual drying temperature may vary.
“Self-cleaning” therefore refers to the roller cycle, not all routine care. Dreame’s listed components include a used-water tank, filter, solid-waste filter container and cleaning brush. The used-water tank and collected debris still need attention, and the product should not be treated as requiring no manual maintenance.

Dreame’s Global specifications are on its H13 Pro product page. Its regional Dreame Georgia listing also gives the 18,000 Pa suction, up-to-40-minute runtime, tank capacities, four modes and four-hour charging time, and identifies carpet cleaning as unsupported. Specifications and availability can vary by region, so check the listing for the model sold where you live.

What the claims can—and cannot—tell you
Dreame uses phrases including “nearly zero streaks” and makes claims about preventing mold and odor and reducing tangles. Those should be read as manufacturer claims, not established independent outcomes. No independent hands-on test is established here, so the listed suction, speeds, runtime and cleaning-cycle details do not by themselves prove how the cleaner will perform on a particular floor or household mess.
The practical evidence to weigh is the intended surface, tank size, rated runtime, weight, and the work left after the roller cycle. A 5.6 kg listed weight and 900 ml/700 ml tanks are useful planning figures, but they do not establish how easy the unit will feel to steer or how often a particular household will need to refill or empty it.

What comes in the box and what upkeep remains
Dreame lists the main body, handle, spare brush roller, charging base, replacement filter, cleaning solution, solid-waste filter container and cleaning brush as included items. Having a spare roller and filter in the box does not establish the compatibility of separately sold parts or third-party listings, and it does not mean you need to buy replacements immediately.
Plan for hands-on care of the used-water tank and debris, as well as filter and component upkeep. Before buying any separate roller, filter or cleaning solution, confirm that it fits the exact H13 Pro model and regional version; the package list alone does not identify compatible replacement SKUs.

Who should consider the H13 Pro?
It may suit someone looking for one cordless appliance to wash hard floors and who values a roller wash-and-dry cycle. It is a poor fit if carpet cleaning is essential, or if “self-cleaning” is expected to eliminate emptying, rinsing or filter care.
Before choosing it over another floor cleaner, compare the models on the surfaces they support, wash and drying method, clean- and used-water tank sizes, stated runtime and charge time, weight and maneuverability, edge access, remaining manual maintenance, included supplies, and regional warranty and availability. Current prices, retailer stock, regional warranty terms and exact replacement-part compatibility are not established here; confirm those details with the seller and the manufacturer for your region.
