If espresso is your only brew method and you prefer body, HU is a sensible first choice. If the grinder also makes filter coffee, MP is the more practical profile to consider. Lab Sweet is a separate option rather than another name for either: its seller-described appeal is sweetness and roundness. Cast versions, revisions, and coatings can differ, so compare the precise listing rather than relying on the family name alone.
Will SSP burrs fit my grinder?
Not necessarily. “64 mm” describes diameter, not the complete mounting arrangement or grinder compatibility. Fellow Ode Brew Grinder Gen 1
