Which format should you choose?
- Choose drops if you want a small, direct-to-water application and are comfortable counting out a few drops before use. Prelam describes its bottle as portable.
- Choose a spray if you prefer spraying the water rather than dispensing drops. Poo~Pourri’s directions specify three to five sprays.
- Consider pods if a dissolving product and a maker-stated bowl-cleaning benefit appeal to you. The company says the pod should be left to dissolve in the bowl.
These are format-based distinctions, not evidence that one product is more effective. Scent preference, ease of carrying, and the possibility of spills may help decide between them; the cited sources do not quantify spill risk or compare scent performance.
What the effectiveness claims establish
