The right wall mount for a 77-inch LG OLED depends on the TV’s exact model and region—not screen size alone. For example, LG’s UK listing for the 77-inch OLED G4 specifies a 300 × 300 mm VESA pattern and names the WB22EG or WB24GC brackets. Check your own model’s LG product page and manual before buying; those G4 details do not apply automatically to every 77-inch LG OLED.
How to find a mount that fits your LG OLED
- Identify the full TV model and region. Find the model number on the TV, its packaging, or its documentation. Use the LG product page and manual for that specific model and country. LG says bracket compatibility and included accessories can vary by model, screen size, and region.
- Check LG’s listed bracket and VESA pattern. Match the mount to the TV’s documented VESA hole spacing and the bracket options LG names. A mount with a matching VESA pattern is not necessarily compatible with LG’s proprietary Gallery-style installation.
- Compare the mount’s requirements with your wall and installation plan. Confirm the mount is intended for your TV, review its own instructions, and plan for the wall material, fasteners, desired wall clearance, and cable access. Do not assume a mount’s capacity or suitable anchors from the TV size alone.
What LG specifies for the 77-inch G4
For the 77-inch OLED G4 listed on LG’s UK site, LG specifies a 300 × 300 mm VESA pattern and lists the WB22EG or WB24GC as bracket options. These are model- and region-specific details: verify the part number, supplied accessories, and manual for the exact television sold where you live. In the U.S., LG’s WB22EGB specification sheet identifies that accessory as a Gallery flush wall mount compatible with 77-inch G3 and G4 series models. It is a separate regional reference, not proof that every 77-inch LG OLED uses the same bracket. LG USA’s WB22EGB specification sheet
Choose between a Gallery-style flush mount and a standard VESA mount
Gallery-style flush installation
A Gallery mount is for viewers seeking a close-to-wall appearance. LG describes the WB22EGB as a flush Gallery mount, but notes that installation conditions can leave a slight gap between the TV and wall. Do not expect a generic 300 × 300 mm VESA mount to reproduce that proprietary fit.

Other VESA-compatible mounts
A standard VESA mount may suit a different installation preference, but the matching hole pattern is only one part of the fit check. Confirm compatibility with the exact TV, supported load, wall type, fasteners, clearance, and any tilt or movement features you need using the mount maker’s specifications and the LG manual. The available LG references do not establish a universal winner among mount designs or independently compare their movement mechanisms.
Plan the wall installation before lifting the TV
LG’s installation guidance for the G4 calls for checking wall strength and load-bearing capacity, following the correct VESA pattern and guide, and using appropriate anchors and screws. It also says to connect cables before mounting and carefully engage the television with the bracket. Follow the manual for your exact model and the mount’s instructions; anchor choice and sizing depend on the wall construction and hardware, so they cannot be prescribed from screen size alone.
