What independent reviews can—and cannot—tell you
TechGearLab says it purchased 11 toaster ovens for evaluation, and its page, updated October 13, 2025, names the Ninja Foodi Digital Oven its best toaster oven for most people and the Hamilton Beach Easy Reach a lower-priced option that bakes frozen pizza. That broader category review does not establish which of the Breville BOV845 and Cuisinart TOB-260N1 makes the crispest pizza crust.
For a pizza-specific winner, the available evidence would need comparable tests of the same pizza type and size in each oven, with crust texture and top-to-bottom cooking assessed.
