If you specifically want a six-cup processor bowl, the documented match is the Breville BSB530 All in One. It is not a standalone countertop food processor: the bowl is an attachment in an immersion-blender system. If you prefer a standalone machine, consider the seven-cup KitchenAid KFP0718 or an eight-cup Hamilton Beach model instead.
What is the best 6-cup food processor?
For an exact six-cup bowl, the Breville All in One BSB530 is the clearest fit. Its processor attachment includes an S-blade, an adjustable slicer, and a reversible fine/coarse grater. The slicer has 18 settings from 0.5 mm to 6.0 mm, according to Breville’s US product page.
Choose it if you want the stated capacity and are comfortable buying an immersion-blender system with a processor bowl attachment. Choose a standalone seven- or eight-cup model if you want a dedicated countertop appliance.

What should you compare before buying?
Capacity and appliance type
Decide whether six cups is a strict limit or simply the size range you have in mind. The Breville is the only exact six-cup option documented here, but its bowl is part of an immersion-blender system. The KitchenAid and Hamilton Beach models are standalone and have larger stated capacities. Cup capacity alone does not establish a universal serving count; the amount a bowl handles depends on the food and task.
Blades, discs, and controls
Match the included attachments to the work you expect to do. The Breville lists a slicer with adjustable thickness and a reversible grater. The KitchenAid lists a multipurpose blade and reversible medium slicing/shredding disc, with three speed options. Both Hamilton Beach models list an S-blade, a slice/shred disc, and two speeds plus pulse.

Feed tube, storage, and cleanup
The 70450 has a standard feed chute. KitchenAid documents twist-free one-click bowl assembly and storage for accessories inside the bowl. The 70743G includes a bowl scraper, which is designed to help move ingredients away from the bowl sides during processing. These are different conveniences, not evidence of comparative chopping quality or easier overall cleanup.
Warranty and availability
Hamilton Beach lists a one-year warranty for both the 70450 and 70743G. Warranty information for the other models is not stated in the cited product details here, so check the current manufacturer terms for your region before purchasing. Product pages and stock can change; confirm the exact model number, bowl capacity, and included attachments with the seller.

Is a 6-cup food processor big enough?
It may be a sensible size if you want a smaller bowl for the quantities you typically prepare and have limited counter or storage space. Capacity by itself cannot tell you how many servings a batch makes or whether a specific recipe fits: ingredients vary in volume, and some foods need room to move while processing. Check your common recipes and the manufacturer’s capacity guidance rather than relying on a fixed serving estimate.
What is the difference between a mini food processor and a 6-cup food processor?
“Mini” is not a single standardized capacity in the product information cited here. A six-cup processor bowl is a stated size, while the documented Breville six-cup bowl is also an attachment rather than a complete standalone countertop processor. Compare the actual bowl capacity, appliance configuration, included blade and disc set, and controls instead of assuming that “mini” means a particular number of cups.
Should you buy the Cuisinart DFP-7BC?
Not as a current recommendation based on the available manufacturer listing: Cuisinart labels the seven-cup DFP-7BC discontinued and out of stock. Its former accessories or warranty terms do not establish present availability. If considering a secondhand unit, verify its condition, included parts, and any applicable warranty directly before buying. See Cuisinart’s product page.
