The tours offer glimpses of settings and features, but they do not form a complete inventory of the cast’s homes or establish who owns or lives in each property today.
How to read RHOBH home tours
A tour, video listing, or photo gallery documents what a publisher chose to feature at the time. It is not, by itself, proof of present-day ownership, occupancy, sale value, or property specifications. The examples below are a source-led selection, not a list of every cast member’s home.

| Kyle Richards’ Encino, Bel-Air, Aspen, and La Quinta coverage | Properties discussed across different periods; not all are presented as current residences | Bravo’s overview discusses Encino and a former Bel-Air residence, mentions Aspen, and reports a separate La Quinta home tour. The overview provides changing property context, not a basis for treating every location as her current home. Bravo overview |
| Kyle Richards’ backyard | Feature of a property in a Season 12 tour | Bravo’s video title identifies a pickleball court and a gift from her ex-husband. The coverage is specifically backyard-focused. Bravo Season 12 video |
| The Kemsleys’ Beverly Hills home | Home featured in a Bravo gallery | The gallery is titled “Step Inside the Kemsley’s Sophisticated Beverly Hills Home.” Its index listing does not establish specific room details or home specifications. Bravo gallery |
| Lisa Vanderpump’s mansion | Mansion featured in an HGTV tour listing | HGTV lists “Tour Reality TV Star Lisa Vanderpump’s Eclectic Mansion.” The listing supports the existence of tour coverage, but specific rooms and design elements should not be inferred from its title alone. HGTV tour listing |
| Santa Barbara trip house | Group vacation rental during a Season 10 cast trip | Bravo’s feature tours the house where the cast stayed. It is trip accommodation, not evidence of a cast member’s primary residence. Bravo Season 10 feature |
| Kyle Richards’ “new home” | Property described in a Season 8 video listing | Bravo’s title says Kyle gives details on her new home in that Season 8 context; it does not establish the property’s current status. Bravo Season 8 video |
| Kyle Richards’ California desert home | Vacation home, described in an official YouTube listing published July 27, 2021 | The listing identifies it as Kyle’s California desert vacation home, a historical description rather than confirmation of current ownership or use. Bravo’s YouTube listing |
Kyle Richards: homes and outdoor entertaining
A property story that changes over time
Bravo’s overview is useful precisely because it places several locations in a changing timeline: it discusses an Encino mansion and a former Bel-Air residence, mentions Aspen, and separately reports on a La Quinta home tour. Those references should be read as coverage of different properties and periods—not as a claim that Kyle lives in all of them now.
The backyard is the clearest documented feature
Bravo’s Season 12 video is explicitly about Kyle’s backyard. Its title points to a pickleball court and a gift from her ex-husband, so the tour’s emphasis is outdoor recreation and personal details rather than a full specification of the house. Bravo also has a Season 8 video titled “Kyle Richards Gives All the Details on Her New Home”; that label belongs to its Season 8 context and does not tell readers whether the property remains her home.

The desert vacation-home angle
An official Bravo YouTube listing published July 27, 2021 describes Kyle’s California desert property as a vacation home. That makes it distinct from the residences discussed in Bravo’s broader overview. A separate HGTV Celebrities at Home index also lists a Kyle Richards home tour, but the index listing alone does not establish additional features or property details. HGTV Celebrities at Home
The Kemsleys’ Beverly Hills home: a gallery, not a spec sheet
Bravo’s gallery, “Step Inside the Kemsley’s Sophisticated Beverly Hills Home,” confirms that the publisher featured the home. The gallery index does not substantiate particular room counts, materials, dimensions, or other construction specifications. It is best treated as a visual home feature rather than a source for technical comparisons.

Lisa Vanderpump’s mansion: what the tour listing can—and cannot—tell you
HGTV lists a video tour under the title “Tour Reality TV Star Lisa Vanderpump’s Eclectic Mansion.” The title signals a mansion tour, but the listing alone is not enough to identify specific rooms, finishes, or design choices. Those details require confirmation from the video itself, so they are not asserted here.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. The Santa Barbara house was a group-trip rental
Bravo’s Season 10 feature tours the house where the cast stayed during a trip to Santa Barbara. Its role in the show is different from a cast member’s residence: it is group vacation accommodation. A dramatic or elaborate setting in an episode should not be mistaken for a house owned or occupied by a cast member.

What these tours do not establish
- Current ownership or occupancy: a tour or past-tense description does not establish who owns or lives in a property now.
- Comparable size or value: the cited material does not provide a consistent, comparable set of sale prices, square footage, or bedroom counts, so the homes cannot be responsibly ranked by those figures.
- Complete representation: these are selected official features, not a comprehensive record of every RHOBH cast member or property.
- Construction specifications: a visual feature or video title is not a substitute for verified plans, measurements, or materials information.
