It is a history of reported purchases and sales—not a verified list of what the brothers own today.
What the brothers shared first: a Texas ranch
Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas reportedly pooled money to buy a home in Westlake, Texas, in 2008, before making later purchases individually. A 2025 realestate.com.au retrospective puts the ranch at 7,360 square feet, with six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. It also lists a music room, theater, game room, wet bar, outdoor kitchen, gazebo and saltwater pool. Those are details reported by the outlet, not independently verified measurements.
A separate 2022 loveproperty retrospective describes the Westlake house as nearly 7,500 square feet, says it was listed in November 2014, and reports a 2015 sale for $2.8 million. Because the accounts differ on size, the figures should be kept attributed rather than treated as a single confirmed measurement.

Beverly Hills Post Office
The Los Angeles Times reported that Nick sold a Beverly Hills Post Office home in an off-market deal in 2019 for $6.91 million, after buying it the previous year for $6.5 million. The newspaper described a 4,129-square-foot house on half an acre, with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Hollywood Hills West
The Times also noted Nick’s 2015 sale of a gated Mediterranean villa in Hollywood Hills West for $3.4 million. A 2022 loveproperty retrospective separately reports that he bought a Spanish-style Los Angeles property in 2013 for $3.2 million and sold it in April 2015 for $3.4 million. The accounts may refer to the same transaction, but the available reporting does not establish that conclusively, so the details should not be combined as if they were independently confirmed properties.
Encino estate
A 2025 realestate.com.au retrospective reports that Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra paid $20 million for a three-acre Encino estate in 2019 and describes it as their shared home at the time of publication. That retrospective does not establish their current ownership or occupancy.

Joe Jonas’s reported homes and apartment
Nolita apartment in New York
CityRealty reported that Joe Jonas’s Nolita apartment sale closed in 2024 for $5,360,000. The article said public records showed a 2018 purchase for $5.6 million. Its cited listing description gave the apartment as approximately 2,907 square feet, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 1,450-square-foot private terrace. The reported purchase and sale prices are distinct figures; they do not establish a profit or loss after costs.
California and Florida properties
A 2025 realestate.com.au retrospective recounts Joe’s reported 2014 West Hollywood purchase and sale, a later rental period, and a Sherman Oaks farmhouse known as Sutton House. It also reports that Joe and Sophie Turner bought an Encino home together in 2019 and sold it in 2021 for $23.4 million. These transactions are reported by that retrospective; they do not establish current ownership of other properties associated with either person.

Kevin Jonas’s New Jersey homes and building work
A realestate.com.au retrospective reports that Kevin and Danielle Jonas sold a New Jersey mansion for $4.2 million after a reported $2.6 million purchase, and describes the house as 6,000 square feet. The retrospective is not a title-record inventory, so the figures should be understood as its account of a reported transaction.
In a July 2025 interview reported by El País, Kevin said that after the group’s hiatus he invested in many properties and other ventures, and connected a major financial setback in part to a poor business partnership. He did not identify specific properties or disclose transaction-level details. The same article describes his JonasWerner custom-homebuilding activity and a Montvale, New Jersey mansion project, while relaying secondary reporting about that project’s eventual sale. His comments do not support attributing a particular home sale or loss to the setback.

What the reported transactions do—and don’t—show
The accounts trace different phases and markets: an early shared Texas home, later reported California properties associated with Nick and Joe, Joe’s New York apartment, a Florida property associated with Joe and Sophie Turner, and New Jersey homes associated with Kevin. They are selected historical reports, not a complete inventory of the brothers’ holdings.
Individual prices also cannot be added up into a reliable portfolio value or treated as investment returns. The available accounts do not establish ownership structures, financing, taxes, transaction costs or the current title status of every property. Purchase price, sale price and profit are different measures; even where both reported transaction prices are available, the figures alone do not reveal the net result.
