Mahindra Lifespaces announced Mahindra Rivenza on 6 October 2026, describing it as a 13.46-acre residential development in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune. What is Mahindra Rivenza?
Mahindra Rivenza is a residential project announced by Mahindra Lifespaces in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune. Announced features include:
- A swimming pool with a sunken bar
- Signature giant swings and stargazing hammocks
- A gymnasium, badminton courts, a squash court and a pickleball court
- Cycling and jogging tracks
- A library with a glass roof and a children’s play area
These are features listed by the developer at launch; the announcement does not establish that they are completed or available to residents.
What does the announcement say about sustainability?
Mahindra Lifespaces says Rivenza is “envisaged as a Net Zero Waste development” and is “IGBC pre-certified Gold.” Those terms describe the project’s stated intent and pre-certification status; they do not establish operational net-zero-waste performance or completed certification.

Where is Mahindra Rivenza, and what has been said about connectivity?
The developer places the project in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune. Its release describes access to employment hubs including Hinjawadi and Baner IT hubs, GCCs and established social infrastructure. It also says ongoing and proposed infrastructure is expected to improve accessibility.
These are the company’s location descriptions and expectations, not verified commute times or guarantees about future infrastructure. The announcement does not provide a project-specific travel-time estimate.

What are the price, possession date and MahaRERA number?
Mahindra Lifespaces’ 6 October 2026 launch release does not state unit prices, carpet areas, possession dates or phase-specific MahaRERA registration details. Check current developer documentation and the official MahaRERA records for the relevant phase before making a purchase decision; do not rely on unverified third-party listings for these details.
