Construction has reportedly begun on a planned residential district in Minsk’s Sukharava area, between Maksim Haretski and Yankouski streets. The first structure underway is a multi-storey parking facility, ahead of the district’s planned apartment buildings, according to Nasha Niva.

Where the Planernaya Gora project is located

The reported development site is in Sukharava, between Maksim Haretski and Yankouski streets. The location and project details are reported by local outlets; the underlying official plans and project declaration have not been independently verified here.

What is being built first

The first structure reported to be under construction is a multi-storey parking facility, rather than an apartment tower. Nasha Niva reported that the parking facility is estimated to be ready around the end of 2028. Fyodar Shavlyuk, identified by the outlet as head of MAPID’s capital construction directorate, said it was expected to finish at approximately the same time as four buildings in the first phase. That date is a reported estimate, not a confirmed contractual deadline. Nasha Niva’s 5 October 2026 report

How many apartment buildings are planned?

Reports describe a 15-building panel-housing district, but the accounts use different counts for the early stages:

  • Nasha Niva reports that four buildings are planned for the first phase, with completion timed around the estimated end-2028 date for the parking facility.
  • A separate Nasha Niva report says apartments in the first seven buildings are being offered to interested buyers.

The reports do not explain how the four-building first phase relates to the seven buildings with apartments reportedly offered. Those counts should not be treated as interchangeable or as a confirmed construction sequence. The project declaration itself was not directly reviewed. Nasha Niva reporting

What facilities are planned for the district?

CityDog.io reports plans for a school with capacity for 780 pupils, a kindergarten for 230 children, a clinic, shops and cafes. These are planned facilities, not completed amenities; the available report does not establish their timing or final scope. CityDog.io’s 2026 report

What is known about the project declaration?

An earlier Nasha Niva report says the first project declaration published in Zvyazda covered commercial premises rather than apartments. The declaration was not directly inspected, so the report does not establish the full terms of apartment sales, the financing arrangements or a complete construction schedule. Nasha Niva reporting
