|---|---|---|
| Consolidated net sales | ¥335.0 billion; forecast 14.3% year-on-year growth (forecast disclosure) | ¥341.1 billion, or ¥341,181 million at the company profile’s precision; company-reported record high (shareholder message; company profile) |
| Operating income | ¥11.6 billion after the November 7, 2025 revision (revised forecast) | ¥16.3 billion (shareholder message) |
| Profit attributable to owners of parent | ¥9.1 billion after the November 7, 2025 revision (revised forecast) | ¥13.3 billion (shareholder message) |
The company revised its guidance on November 7, 2025. It lowered forecast net sales from ¥338.0 billion to ¥335.0 billion while raising forecast operating profit from ¥9.5 billion to ¥11.6 billion, ordinary profit from ¥10.0 billion to ¥12.4 billion, and profit attributable to owners of parent from ¥7.3 billion to ¥9.1 billion (revised forecast notice). Actual net sales and the two actual profit measures listed above exceeded their revised forecast amounts.
What does the company say drove the results?
Tokyu Construction President Koji Hisada said in the shareholder message, “Net sales reached a record high, supported by robust demand in the domestic construction market.” Hisada also said profit significantly exceeded the initial forecasts, citing “on-site ingenuity through the utilization of digital technology and the rational reflection of cost fluctuations in contract prices.” These are management’s explanations of performance, not separately quantified contributions.
Rank #2
The company also reported ¥408.9 billion in non-consolidated orders received for FY2026, which Hisada described as a record and linked to projects around Shibuya Station. Orders received are a separate measure and scope from consolidated net sales, so the two figures should not be treated as comparable revenue totals.
What should readers know about the next fiscal year?
Tokyu Construction says it has pursued its ten-year “To zero, from zero.” long-term management plan since 2021. Hisada’s message describes FY2026 as the plan’s fifth year and FY2027 as the start of its latter five years, with an intention to strengthen the company’s foundation for sustainable growth. The cited message does not provide a quantified FY2027 forecast, so FY2026 results alone do not establish next year’s expected revenue or profit.

Forecasts are based on information available when disclosed and may differ from actual results because of economic conditions, market trends, and other factors, the company says in its disclosure policy. The FY2026 guidance was historical guidance, not a guarantee.
