How does the planned work fit Kerala’s ABC programme?
Kerala’s Local Self Government Department describes the Animal Birth Control programme as capture, neutering, and release under an Animal Welfare Board of India standard operating procedure. Its outline includes capturing dogs or hiring capture services, transporting animals to an identified institution, pre- and post-operative care, surgery at an identified veterinary hospital, and release according to law.
