Bancroft Construction announced on September 30, 2026, that it had been named a Top Workplace for the 10th consecutive year. The company also announced that it received an Employee Appreciation Award.
What Bancroft announced
The announcement marks a continuation of the consecutive-win history Bancroft had previously described on its careers page as nine years, covering 2017–2025. The company’s September 30, 2026 announcement identifies the latest recognition as its tenth consecutive year.
Bancroft President and CEO Mike Petka said: “Ten years is an incredible milestone, but what I’m most proud of isn’t the number itself. I’m proud of the people behind it.”
What the Top Workplace recognition is based on
Bancroft says the designation is based entirely on confidential employee feedback collected through a third-party survey. Its announcement does not identify the survey provider or publish response rates, scores, or a comparative ranking. The 10-year figure describes the consecutive number of years recognized, not a survey score.
