MAN Enterprise Al Saudia and Al Majal Al Arabi Group, as the MAN and MAG JV, will deliver three hotels and two residential assets; Urbacon Saudi Company will deliver three hotels and one residential asset.
How the $727.9 million award is divided
Diriyah Company announced the contracts on 5 October 2026. The Saudi Press Agency also reported the award totals and contractor allocations.

The announced program describes five hotels overall, although the contractor allocations add up to six hotel assignments. The published announcement does not explain that discrepancy; the five-hotel total and each contractor allocation are reported as stated, without inferring how the assets are grouped.

What construction work is included
Both contracts cover building facades, blockwork, fit-out, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, and external works. The announcements do not provide property-by-property scope details, contract schedules, completion dates, or hotel brand names.
Planned rooms and residences
The combined development is planned to include 413 luxury hotel rooms and 34 branded residential units. These are announced plans, not a count of completed or operating accommodation.

Diriyah Company places the contracts within its hospitality and branded-residence portfolio. Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo said the awards mark “another important milestone” in developing the company’s portfolio of hotels and residences. The company says the wider development draws on Najdi architectural heritage.

Diriyah Company describes the wider urban development as a $63.2 billion (SAR 237 billion) project. Its stated goal is 50 million visits a year when the wider development is complete; that is a future target, not current attendance. The company also describes nearly 34 luxury hotel brands across the Diriyah and neighboring Wadi Safar masterplans, and more than 400 retail and lifestyle brands in Diriyah Square. Those figures are company-stated plans, not present-day operating counts.

These wider-project figures and the stated target appear in the company announcement; the Saudi Press Agency independently reports the 50-million annual-visit target and SAR 237 billion project value.
