Affinius senior vice president Tyler Figley cited growing enrollment at Oregon State, limited comparable new supply and the site’s location adjacent to campus as reasons the firm was attracted to the project. That is the lender’s stated rationale; the coverage does not independently verify those market conditions. Figley also said Fields Holdings had assembled a project that would “raise the bar for student housing in Corvallis.” Portland Business Journal
