Bentley Residences Miami is a planned 61-storey oceanfront tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Its signature feature is the Dezervator: a patented hydraulic vehicle elevator that Bentley says will carry residents and their cars directly to residence levels and private in-home garages. Bentley lists 2027 as the project’s scheduled completion year; that is a developer schedule, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Where the tower is planned and what is proposed
Bentley Residences is planned for 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, on a 2.4-acre oceanfront site with 200 feet of beachfront, according to the project fact sheet. Bentley’s project page describes a 61-storey building with 216 residences. Bentley announced the project’s groundbreaking in 2024, but the information here describes a development in progress, not a completed building.
How the Dezervator is meant to work
Bentley describes four Dezervators—patented hydraulic vehicle lifts—as the route from the arrival area to residents’ floors. The company says an RFID sticker identifies a resident’s car, while LED lighting guides the driver to one of the lifts. The resident drives the vehicle into the lift and is taken toward the residence level, where the car can enter a private garage area. These are the developer’s descriptions of the planned system; they do not establish how an operating lift performs at this site.
Private garages and residence-specific details
Bentley says residences include in-unit garage areas with up to four spaces; the fact sheet specifies private three- or four-car garages. A separate 2025 announcement describes EV charging points for up to seven cars in the announced penthouse configuration. That penthouse detail should not be read as a feature of every residence. Bentley’s project page and announcements present these as planned project specifications.

Design and announced amenities
Bentley presents the building’s diamond-pattern façade and interior design as an extension of its automotive design identity. In a 2025 amenities announcement, the company said each balcony will have a private heated swimming pool and summer kitchen. Its amenities announcement also quotes Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, describing the collection as setting “a new benchmark” for Miami living. That is the developer’s promotional characterization, not an independent assessment.
Schedule and what is not established
Bentley currently lists 2027 as the scheduled completion year on its project page. A schedule published by the developer is not a guaranteed completion date. The cited project materials do not establish current construction progress, asking prices, unit availability or a guaranteed delivery date. Bentley says the development can be explored at its on-site Sunny Isles Beach sales gallery; readers seeking current purchasing information should confirm details directly with the project.
