Verdict: The Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro is a versatile tri-ply pan with strong searing, good release for many foods and unusually high stated oven limits. It is not an effortless replacement for coated nonstick: cooking technique matters, textured areas can need scrubbing, and the limited lifetime warranty excludes normal wear.
What the Titanium Always Pan Pro is
The Titanium Always Pan Pro is different from Our Place’s ceramic Nonstick Always Pan. Our Place describes a three-layer construction: stainless-steel exterior, aluminum core and a pressed, lotus-inspired titanium cooking surface called NoCo®. The company says the surface has no applied coating and that its texture creates a nonstick effect.
Those are manufacturer descriptions, not an independent materials certification. Our Place also says its cookware food-contact surfaces are made without PFAS (including PTFE and PFOA), lead and cadmium, and that products undergo independent third-party testing to FDA and LFGB food-contact standards. The reviewed sources did not include the underlying laboratory reports, so these statements should be treated as the company’s claims.
How well does it release food?
Release is conditional rather than automatic. Our Place’s guidance is to let food cook through and release naturally instead of forcing it early. A secondary manual gives a practical starting routine: preheat on medium for about 90 seconds, add a small amount of fat, and wait for food to set before moving it. Follow the current official care instructions if they differ.

Foods that performed well in testing
Food Network’s hands-on test found that the pan heated quickly and seared strongly. Fried and scrambled eggs, pancakes and skin-on salmon released successfully. Homes & Gardens also reported positive release during pictured cooking tests over three months.
Where release fell short
A cheesy frittata broke apart in Food Network’s test. Softer foods can also show the pressed texture on their surfaces. The result is closer to a forgiving stainless pan with a release advantage than to a traditional coated pan that lets delicate food slide with minimal technique.

Cleaning and everyday care
Our Place lists the pan as dishwasher safe, safe for metal utensils and suitable for cleaning with warm soapy water and a regular sponge. In Food Network’s testing, cleanup was easier than with stainless steel but not as effortless as conventional nonstick. Carbonized steak residue needed light scrubbing, and baked-on grease on the smooth upper rim required extra attention. The textured cooking area can therefore reduce sticking without eliminating hands-on cleanup.
- Use medium heat while preheating rather than leaving an empty pan on high.
- Add a small amount of cooking fat, especially for eggs or other delicate foods.
- Allow food to brown and release before turning it.
- Use a sponge or soft dish brush for residue in the pressed texture; avoid treating “dishwasher safe” as a promise that every burned-on mark will disappear.
Induction, oven and utensil compatibility
The maker says the Titanium Pro works on induction, gas and electric cooktops, accepts metal utensils and is dishwasher safe. The stated oven ceiling depends on finish: Chrome is listed to 1000°F, while Gold is limited to 750°F. Check the finish and the current product page before using either figure; these are manufacturer limits, not a recommendation to operate routinely at the maximum.

Size, capacity and handling
Homes & Gardens lists a 2.8-quart capacity and dimensions of 19.6 × 10.6 × 2.7 inches for the reviewed model. Published weight figures conflict: Homes & Gardens reports 6.25 pounds, while Food Network reports 3.4 pounds. Because the sources may refer to different versions or measurement methods, verify the exact model listing rather than relying on either weight. The pan’s heft was noticeable in Homes & Gardens’ three-month use, so handling matters if you regularly lift a full pan or wash cookware by hand.

Choose the Pro when you want one pan that can sear, work on induction and tolerate metal utensils while offering more release than bare stainless steel. Choose conventional nonstick if effortless release and quick cleanup are your top priorities. Choose stainless steel if you prefer a proven uncoated surface and accept more technique and cleanup.

Durability and longer-term reports
Ideal Home’s follow-up after six months describes continued use after an accidental overheating and charring incident. That is one tester’s experience, not controlled durability testing or a guaranteed lifespan. Our Place’s product page also makes a “300%-harder” comparison based on internal Vickers hardness testing; the comparison method was not independently examined in the available material.

Warranty: what “limited lifetime” means
Our Place’s limited lifetime warranty says it covers “defects in performance, material or construction when used normally in accordance with Our Place’s care instructions.” It applies to the original retail purchaser’s lifetime. Exclusions include normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow use and care instructions, and cosmetic blemishes, among other exclusions. It is not an unconditional promise that the pan will remain nonstick forever. Check the terms that apply to your purchase location.

Price and value
Food Network’s accessed review page listed $179, and Ideal Home described the price as a concern. Those are historical page references rather than a guaranteed current price. Check the live price, finish, stock and included items before buying.
Who should buy it?
It makes sense if you:
- Cook on induction, gas or electric and want one pan for searing and everyday meals.
- Prefer an uncoated cooking surface but want easier release than typical stainless steel.
- Value metal-utensil compatibility and a high stated oven limit.
- Are willing to preheat correctly, use some fat and scrub occasional residue.
Consider another pan if you:
- Need consistently effortless release for omelets, custards or fragile fish.
- Want every cleanup to be nearly wipe-and-rinse.
- Find a heavy pan difficult to lift or wash.
- Expect a lifetime warranty to cover cosmetic changes or normal wear.
Bottom line
The Titanium Always Pan Pro is a capable hybrid, not magic nonstick. Independent testing supports good release for several everyday foods and strong searing, while the frittata failure and required scrubbing define its limits. Its value depends on whether those durability, heat and compatibility advantages outweigh the higher price, weight uncertainty and more involved technique compared with conventional coated nonstick.
