The reported 50% discount on EcoFlow’s DELTA Pro was a historical Amazon promotion, not a currently verified offer. A deal report published September 25, 2025, put the power station at $1,399 against a cited $2,799 reference price—a reduction of about $1,400. As of August 16, 2026, EcoFlow’s U.S. pages show different prices and stock conditions, so check the exact listing and checkout total before buying.
What was the $1,399 deal?
Android Headlines reported on September 25, 2025, that Amazon had cut the EcoFlow DELTA Pro from a stated $2,799 to $1,399. The arithmetic supports the headline: the difference is $1,400, or almost exactly half of $2,799.
That confirms what the report said was on offer; it does not establish that every shopper could buy it at that price. The report does not identify a verifiable Amazon seller, product-variant identifier, inventory condition, deal end date, or whether a coupon, membership, shipping charge, or checkout promotion affected the final price. It also does not establish whether the listing was the bare power station or a bundle. Treat $1,399 as a reported, retailer-specific historical price—not a guaranteed price or a verified offer available now.

Is the deal still available?
There is no basis to assume the September 2025 price is still live. On August 16, 2026, EcoFlow’s U.S. listings showed differing price and stock signals: one product view listed the basic DELTA Pro at $1,599 against $2,799, while its hot-deals page showed a $1,899 member price against the same reference price. Some displayed configurations were sold out, and bundle prices varied depending on included panels or an extra battery.

What the DELTA Pro offers
The original U.S. DELTA Pro is a large, expandable portable power station. EcoFlow specifies a 3,600Wh LFP battery, 3,600W of continuous AC output, and up to 7,200W of surge output. Its X-Boost feature is advertised for compatible devices up to 4,500W, but that is a conditional compatibility feature, not a promise that the unit can supply conventional full-rated power to any appliance at that wattage. Motors, compressors, pumps, and other equipment may draw a large startup surge; check their requirements against the manual and test critical equipment before an outage.
EcoFlow also lists solar input up to 1,600W, two USB-C ports rated up to 100W each, USB-A ports, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The unit can connect with additional DELTA Pro Smart Extra Batteries or compatible EcoFlow equipment, subject to configuration. Its dimensions are approximately 25 × 11.2 × 16.4 inches, and it weighs about 99 pounds (45kg). Wheels and a telescoping handle help on smooth ground, but they do not make it easy to carry upstairs, lift into a vehicle, or move across rough terrain.

Capacity is stored energy, not a guarantee of how long your devices will run. In general, estimate runtime as battery watt-hours × conversion efficiency ÷ load watts. For example, a 100W load uses about 100Wh per hour before accounting for conversion losses and the station’s own power draw. Actual runtime also depends on temperature, load behavior, battery-management limits, and connected equipment. Use appliance wattage—not a headline capacity alone—to decide how much backup you need. Charging and expansion
The DELTA Pro can be charged from AC power, solar panels, vehicle or 12V/24V battery sources, and compatible EcoFlow equipment such as a Smart Generator. EcoFlow advertises up to 1,600W of solar input, but the input voltage and current limits, panel and wiring compatibility, sunlight, shading, temperature, and orientation all affect actual charging. A bundle’s advertised charging time should not be assumed for another panel setup.
EcoFlow advertises about 2.7 hours for AC charging and up to 6,500W of MultiCharge capability in supported configurations. Those are manufacturer claims tied to compatible charging sources and arrangements; an ordinary household outlet should not be expected to deliver the maximum multi-source charging rate. An additional battery can extend runtime, but it does not increase the base inverter’s output rating. Solar panels can help replenish the system when sunlight and suitable placement are available; they are less useful if you have nowhere to put them in direct, unshaded sun. Choose the bare station, a solar bundle, or an extra battery according to how you will recharge and which loads you need to support—not just because a package has a larger headline capacity.
Could it back up a house?
For occasional emergency use, the DELTA Pro can supply selected appliances and electronics directly. A more practical essential-load plan might prioritize a refrigerator, internet equipment, lighting, medical equipment, and a few other chosen devices, subject to their power requirements and the station’s available energy.
Powering circuits through a home’s wiring is a different job. The station does not automatically connect itself to household circuits: circuit-level or whole-home integration requires compatible transfer or home-backup equipment and proper electrical installation. Never plug a power station into a wall outlet to feed a home circuit; that can cause dangerous backfeed. Ask a qualified electrician to plan any permanent connection and confirm that the equipment and loads are compatible.

Who should consider it—and who should not?
- Consider it if you need several kilowatt-hours of storage, high AC output for compatible appliances or tools, RV or workshop power, solar charging, or an expandable system—and have a realistic recharging plan.
- Think carefully if you want outage backup but have not measured your essential loads or decided how to connect equipment safely. The system may be useful for selected appliances without being a whole-home solution.
- Look smaller if your main needs are phones, laptops, lights, or occasional CPAP use. A 3,600Wh unit may cost more, occupy more space, and weigh far more than necessary for modest loads.
- Skip it if you must lift the station often, cannot safely handle a 99-pound device, or need a guaranteed long-duration backup but have no way to recharge it during a prolonged outage.
Before buying, list the appliances you want to run, check their continuous and startup wattage, estimate the hours of backup required, and decide whether you need panels, extra storage, or professionally installed home integration. EcoFlow lists the LFP battery at 3,500 cycles to 80% capacity and 6,500 cycles to 50%; these are manufacturer ratings, not a guarantee for every operating or storage pattern. Is it worth buying at today’s prices?
At the reported $1,399 price, the DELTA Pro could have been compelling for someone who genuinely needed its capacity, output, and expansion options. At the $1,599–$1,899 prices shown on different EcoFlow pages on August 16, 2026, value depends more heavily on the buyer’s loads, bundle contents, availability, and alternatives. A $2,799 reference price alone does not make a current listing a bargain. Verify what is in the box and what the selected configuration costs before comparing it with other systems.
