These Aqara prices are historical, not confirmed live deals. A November 28, 2025 AppleInsider sponsored shopping article advertised discounts of up to 37% on selected Aqara smart-home products sold through Amazon. Its listed prices included the Smart Lock U100 at $119.99 and the Camera Protect Kit Y100 at $89.99. The article did not give complete sale terms or a firm end date, so check the retailer’s current price, seller and availability before buying.
The advertised Aqara deals at a glance
The figures below are the prices and reference prices reported in the November 28, 2025 holiday-sale article. They are not a claim that the products still cost this much. The largest listed markdown was 37% on the U100; the headline’s “up to” figure did not apply to every product.

Reference prices are not necessarily the usual street prices. Retail prices, coupons, sellers, bundles and stock can change; compare the actual checkout total and return terms rather than treating a percentage off as proof of a bargain.
Which deal made the most sense?
- Largest advertised percentage saving: U100 at 37%. It is the standout only if you need a deadbolt replacement and your door is compatible.
- Lowest advertised price: Y100 kit at $89.99. It bundles devices for indoor monitoring, rather than providing outdoor perimeter coverage.
- Best Apple Home lock feature: U100, which supports Apple Home Key. Check the required Apple Home setup and Aqara hub requirements before purchase.
- Best choice for a lever or knob installation: U300. It is a different hardware category from the U100 and is not a substitute for a conventional deadbolt.
- Best doorbell option: G410, especially if its hub functions are useful. Battery operation does not provide every wired feature.
- Most multifunctional camera: G5 Pro combines camera capabilities with Aqara hub functionality, but its Wi-Fi and PoE versions have different installation needs.
What each product does—and what to check
Smart Lock U100: a deadbolt replacement
The U100 is intended for compatible American-style deadbolts. Aqara lists 60 mm and 70 mm backsets and doors 35–55 mm thick; it uses four AA batteries and has a USB-C emergency power input. Access options include a physical key, passcode, fingerprint, NFC card and Apple Home Key. Aqara lists capacity for up to 50 fingerprints. Battery-life figures are estimates, not guarantees: usage and conditions affect runtime.
Measure before ordering: confirm the backset, door thickness, door gap and clearance, and inspect the deadbolt alignment. A warped door, misaligned bolt or weak strike plate can make a smart lock unreliable even if the dimensions appear to fit. Aqara’s U100 specifications provide fit details, while its user manual says an Aqara Hub is required. Do not assume Apple Home Key alone supplies every Aqara-connected feature.

Smart Lock U300: for a lever or knob, not a deadbolt
The U300 is designed for a lever- or knob-style lock installation. Its listed features include fingerprint and PIN access, NFC, a physical key, Apple Home Key and Passage Mode; Aqara lists capacity for up to 50 fingerprints and 75 codes. It uses Thread, Bluetooth and NFC, with support spanning Apple Home, Matter and other platforms.
First confirm your door’s existing hardware matches the U300’s installation type. Thread and Matter support do not guarantee that fingerprints, lock settings or every automation will appear identically in each smart-home app. Some advanced Aqara functions may require an Aqara hub. Consult the U300 specifications for the exact model and fit requirements.

Camera Hub G5 Pro: camera plus hub functionality
The G5 Pro is a 1520p (2688 × 1520) camera with a 133-degree diagonal field of view, Zigbee and Thread support, and local and cloud-related storage options. Aqara lists Wi-Fi and PoE versions. The Wi-Fi model uses Wi-Fi and USB-C power; the PoE model uses Ethernet and Power over Ethernet, so it needs a suitable cable route and PoE switch or injector.
The sale coverage highlighted encrypted local eMMC storage, on-device detection features, IP65 weather resistance and Apple Home Secure Video compatibility. These capabilities should not be conflated: Apple Home Secure Video has its own recording behavior and, in the setup described by the sale article, recording was limited to 1080p and motion-triggered clips. Detection features are not a guarantee of accurate identification. Aqara lists a 30-day cloud-storage trial on first internet connection; check the applicable terms and any ongoing subscription cost before relying on cloud features. Doorbell Camera Hub G410: doorstep monitoring and a hub
The G410 combines a video doorbell with hub functions. Aqara lists 2K video, a 175-degree field of view, mmWave radar, dual-band Wi-Fi, HomeKit Secure Video support and microSD storage up to 512 GB. The card is not included. It can be battery-powered or wired; the listed wired input is 12–24V AC or DC.
Battery flexibility is not the same as wired capability. Aqara says continuous 24/7 recording requires wired power, and RTSP is available only when wired. Battery life is stated as up to five months and will vary with use and environment. Before replacing an existing doorbell, check transformer voltage, wiring and installation fit. Camera Protect Kit Y100: an indoor starter bundle
The sale article described the Y100 package as a Camera Hub G3, Vibration Sensor T1, Motion Sensor P1 and Door and Window Sensor. The G3 provides camera and pan/tilt functions, human and pet tracking, IR-device control and microSD recording, alongside the included sensors. Confirm the bundle contents for the exact market and listing because kits can change. This is an indoor starter setup, not an outdoor camera system. Consider whether you are comfortable placing a camera inside the home and verify which features the chosen ecosystem exposes.

Aqara devices can involve several layers: Aqara Home, Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings, Matter, Thread, Zigbee and, for supported configurations, Home Assistant. A product may connect to a platform without exposing every manufacturer-specific capability there.

- Apple Home is not the same as Apple Home Key. Home Key is a lock-access feature; verify support on the precise lock and that your Apple Home setup meets its requirements.
- HomeKit Secure Video is not the same as the camera’s own storage. It uses Apple’s supported recording path and requirements, distinct from Aqara storage, microSD, eMMC or RTSP.
- Matter compatibility is not a promise of feature parity. Advanced camera, lock, fingerprint, local-AI or sensor functions may depend on Aqara Home or a particular integration.
- Thread and Zigbee have infrastructure needs. Thread devices need a suitable Thread border router or compatible hub; Zigbee devices generally need an Aqara hub.
- Home Assistant users should verify the path. Integration may use Matter, RTSP, a community integration or Aqara’s cloud. For the G410, Aqara specifies RTSP only when wired.
Before buying or installing
- Check the live listing. Confirm today’s price, seller, stock, delivery estimate, coupon requirements, condition, return policy and warranty. The 2025 article did not state complete promotion terms or a definitive end date.
- Match the hardware to the opening. U100 means compatible deadbolt; U300 means lever/knob-style hardware. For either lock, check dimensions, alignment and door condition.
- Check power and cabling. Confirm G410 doorbell voltage and whether you need wired-only recording or RTSP. For a PoE G5 Pro, plan for Ethernet and PoE equipment.
- Choose storage deliberately. Establish whether you will use local storage, Apple’s recording option, Aqara cloud service or another supported path. Check card inclusion and subscription terms; free trials can end.
- Confirm the ecosystem requirements. Verify the exact feature you care about in your chosen app, and budget for any hub or Thread border router you do not already have.
- Consider household and site constraints. Renters may need permission before changing locks or wiring a doorbell. Camera placement, Wi-Fi coverage, outdoor exposure and privacy expectations matter as much as the product specifications.
For current model information and availability, start with Aqara’s U.S. store and the linked product specifications, then verify the specific retailer listing. A historical discount is a useful comparison point, not a reason to skip fit, wiring, privacy or compatibility checks.
