Xiaomi’s Mijia Super Clean Wash Pro is a China-market front-loading washer-dryer launched in May 2024—not a new 2026 release. It can wash up to 12kg but dry up to 9kg, and its official specifications list 220V / 50Hz power. The model remains listed on Xiaomi China’s site, but the available evidence does not confirm a US launch or local US support.

The model and core physical specifications are listed in Xiaomi’s specification document. The launch date and original price were reported by Gizmochina. The reported conversion of 2,299 yuan to about US$318 was approximate at the time; it is not a current price quote. Xiaomi’s China product page still provides a dedicated listing, but the current price is not reliably exposed in the available page information.
12kg washing does not mean 12kg wash-and-dry
The most important capacity distinction is 12kg for washing versus 9kg for drying. If you want one continuous wash-and-dry cycle, a full 12kg wash load is too large for the rated drying capacity and may need to be divided. Bulky bedding and dense items can also dry unevenly in a combined machine even when the load is within the stated limit.
Xiaomi’s document gives the complete product dimensions as 600 × 638 × 850mm. Launch coverage separately described a 540mm “thin body,” but that figure should not be mistaken for the listed overall depth or the space needed once hoses, door clearance and installation are considered. Measure the installation area using the official dimensions and allow for connections and access.

Cleaning, hygiene and drying claims
Launch coverage describes steam sterilization, a mite-removal mode, drum cleaning with water up to 95°C, spraying around the door seal, and a nano-antibacterial door seal. The same coverage reports Xiaomi claims of a 99.999% sterilization rate and 100% mite removal. These are product claims reported at launch, not independent test results; they should not be read as a guarantee to eliminate all pathogens, allergens or household health risks.
The reported drying system uses sensors to stop when clothes are detected as dry and offers a low-temperature mode operating between 55°C and 60°C. Sensor control may help limit unnecessary drying, but results and cycle duration depend on load size, fabric, how evenly moisture is distributed, filter condition and airflow. No independent drying-time or fabric-care testing is available in the cited material, so claims about softness, wrinkle reduction or fabric preservation should be treated as intended benefits rather than assured outcomes.

Programs, motor and smart-home controls
According to the launch report, the washer-dryer offers 26 washing programs, including options for wool, down garments, silk and quick washing for lightly soiled clothes. It also describes an intelligent-wash mode that weighs the load and adjusts water volume and wash time, with a claimed 15% efficiency improvement. That figure is a reported product claim, not an independently measured saving.
The same report identifies a direct-drive (DD) motor, four shock absorbers and a control chip intended to reduce drum movement and noise. Those details do not establish how quiet the appliance is in a particular home; the available sources do not provide independent noise measurements.

Launch coverage also reports Mi Home connectivity for remote operation, scheduling and program control, plus XiaoAI voice control through Xiaomi’s smart-home system. These functions may depend on app region, account and server settings, firmware and a working network connection. XiaoAI is China-market functionality unless separately confirmed for the buyer’s region. The current Xiaomi product page establishes that the product is listed in China, but the available information does not independently verify every reported app feature.
Price, warranty and availability
The reported initial JD.com price was 2,299 yuan in May 2024. Do not treat that launch price—or its then-current approximate dollar conversion—as the appliance’s present price. Xiaomi’s China store has a product page, while the researched material does not confirm a US or global launch.

Launch coverage reported a three-year whole-appliance warranty and a 10-year motor warranty. Those terms should be understood as China-market launch reporting, not a promise for imported units: exclusions, labor, registration and geographic coverage may differ. Xiaomi’s China product page includes service and purchase pathways, but China-site return, exchange and repair policies do not automatically apply elsewhere.

What overseas buyers should check
The official electrical specification is 220V / 50Hz. Many US homes use a different mains supply, so US buyers should not assume the unit can be connected safely or that a simple plug adapter or voltage converter is an adequate solution. Verify electrical requirements with a qualified installer and the seller before purchase; also confirm the plug, grounding, water supply, drainage and installation requirements.

Before importing a 75kg appliance, confirm in writing who will install it, handle a defect, supply parts and honor any warranty. Check whether the Mi Home app can add the China-region appliance from your account and whether the required voice-control services are available in your region. Shipping, customs, returns and service can erase the apparent advantage of a China-market launch price.
For a buyer in China with local Xiaomi support, the combination of a large wash capacity, integrated drying and smart-home features may be appealing on paper. For most overseas buyers—especially in the US—the voltage, regional app and after-sales uncertainties make it a risky import unless those issues are resolved first. The evidence supports a specification overview, not a performance verdict: no independent wash, drying, energy-use or noise tests are cited here.
