Samsung’s Gudi Padwa and Ugadi promotions in India offered up to ₹20,000 cashback on select Bespoke AI appliances and a free soundbar with certain Samsung TVs. The campaign ended on March 22, 2026, so these benefits are no longer available unless Samsung or a retailer has announced a separate replacement offer.
What Samsung offered
Samsung grouped its Gudi Padwa Special and Ugadi Special campaigns around the regional festivals’ March shopping period. Announced in March 2026, these were promotions on selected existing products, not a new-product launch. The reported benefits and eligibility were:

The campaign was reported as available through Samsung-authorized online and offline stores, including Samsung’s online channels. Seller, stock and location could affect eligibility. The campaign report did not list every qualifying model or provide the full transaction terms.
Appliance cashback: up to ₹20,000, not a guaranteed 20%
The reported cashback applied to select Bespoke AI models in four categories: air conditioners, microwave ovens, refrigerators and washing machines. “Up to 20%” describes a maximum promotional rate, not a uniform saving across the range. The ₹20,000 figure was the cap; a product’s actual benefit could be lower.

Cashback may also be conditional on the product SKU, payment method, retailer or campaign rules. It may arrive after purchase rather than reduce the bill at checkout. The available campaign report does not establish the payment methods, timing or model-by-model amounts, so those details should not be assumed.
TV buyers: check the soundbar model and bundle terms
Samsung advertised a free soundbar worth up to ₹92,990 with select TV purchases. That is a stated maximum value for a bundled promotional item, not a ₹92,990 cash discount and not a promise that every Samsung TV came with a soundbar of that value.
The report does not identify all eligible TV sizes or series, the soundbar model, how it was redeemed, or whether stock was limited. Those are the details a buyer would have needed to confirm with the seller before paying.

AC installation and warranty need a closer look
The campaign report described free AC installation and a five-year comprehensive warranty. “Free installation” should not be read as a guarantee that every material or non-standard job was included: extra piping, electrical work, brackets, drainage changes or difficult access can affect installation costs. Confirm the included work for the delivery address and model.
Likewise, the phrase “comprehensive warranty” is not enough to determine which parts, labour or service conditions are covered. Check the model-specific warranty documents and Samsung’s warranty information. Samsung’s separate 2026 Bespoke AI WindFree AC announcement described warranty coverage for specified components; that product-line information does not, by itself, establish the precise scope of the March campaign benefit. EMI and Samsung Finance+ are not the same offer
Zero-down-payment EMI was reported as part of the March festival promotions, but the report does not establish that the plans were interest-free. Before accepting an EMI, compare the total amount payable and check the interest rate, processing fees, tenure, approval requirements and any payment-method conditions.

Samsung announced a separate Finance+ initiative on April 27, 2026. Samsung said digital approvals could take as little as five minutes, described EMIs starting at ₹33 per day, and said the service was available at more than 8,000 stores. These are signals from that separate announcement—not a universal monthly cost, interest rate or confirmation that the March festival cashback applied to Finance+ purchases. Samsung also announced a limited-time ₹1,000 introductory cashback; its current availability is unverified. Applicants were advised to bring Aadhaar and PAN cards to participating stores. Offer status: both 2026 campaigns have ended
As of August 18, 2026, the Gudi Padwa/Ugadi campaign was expired. Its reported end date was March 22, 2026. Samsung later ran the Big Bespoke AI Fest from June 12 through July 19, 2026, with separate appliance benefits; that campaign has also ended. Neither past promotion should be treated as currently redeemable without confirmation of a new offer.
Samsung’s live India promotions page may show different offers. Its terms note that promotions may be revised or withdrawn and final pricing may be determined by the dealer. Check the live offer and checkout details rather than relying on an old campaign listing.
Before buying a large appliance or TV
- Match the exact model number. A product category or Bespoke AI label alone does not prove that a specific SKU qualified.
- Compare the final effective price. An immediate seller discount may be more useful than delayed, capped or payment-restricted cashback.
- Confirm any bundle in writing. For a TV, identify the included soundbar model and check stock and redemption requirements before payment.
- Get installation and warranty scope. For an AC, ask what the installation covers and which parts and service costs the warranty includes.
- Calculate the full EMI cost. Ask for the total repayment, fees and interest—not only a daily or monthly instalment.
- Use an authorized seller and confirm local service. Delivery, installation and promotion availability can vary by seller and pin code.
- Inspect the delivery. Check packaging, screens, panels, dents and accessories before accepting a large appliance or TV, and document any damage promptly.
